NABARD Recruitment Process for
Assistant Manager (Grade A) and Manager (Grade B) posts has 3 phases. They are
Phase-I, Phase-II and Phase – III. Phase-I is online preliminary examination,
Phase-II is Main Examination and Phase-III is Interview. The candidates who are
qualified in Preliminary examination only invite for main examination. The
candidate who will qualify in Main Examination will invite for the Personnel
Interview. The final selection list is based on Phase-II and Phase-III.

Pattern of NABARD Recruitment:
The
Preliminary exam pattern of NABARD Recruitment for Assistant Manager in Grade-A
and manager in Grade B posts consists 4 sections. They are Quantitative
Aptitude, Test of Reasoning, English Language, Computer Awareness and General
Awareness. Both English language and computer awareness is in one section in
the NABARD Written Exam. The NABARD written exam pattern has 130 minutes time
duration and the total marks for written exam is 200. The NABARD Written Exam
Questions pattern is of objective type.

Main Exam Pattern is different for Assistant Manager (Grade A) in RDBS,
